I really wonder how many boxing matches this guys has watched. Obviously he has a total bias towards MMA. Also who gives a **** about it being realistic. That's why they are called sports and have rules.

UFC is what boys watch, boxing is what real men watch. UFC is what kids in high school watch that will make them feel rough.

Look at MMA fighters, a good Majority of them have beer guts, beards..horrible defense and technique, yet they say they bring more to the table than a boxer.

If anderson silva is the best at fighting why is his boxing record 1-1? surely being the best fighter includes fists?

Aside from a select few MMA fighters, it's pure bull**** to think that every MMA fighter brings more to the table than a boxer, maybe more ****..but not skill.

Boxing vs mma isn't even an argument. MMA is just a flawed sport. Thats why there are so many freak knockouts/submissions/whatever. Thats why the top 10 p4p list for MMA has so many losses. Just look at Anderson Silva's record (p4p number 1). His record is a journeyman's record in boxing. MMA is a flawed format in which anything can happen. Boxing is a much tighter sport where the best man will almost always win because of his technique and skill.
