If Cotto does the rematch, I'll love Cotto the fighter for life

That's good to read Boof and I started reading your other thread and I'm glad you are showing respect for him. I always knew this rematch would get announce by Arum sooner or later since when Cotto returned here in Puerto Rico he said that "He lost 'The Battle'; but not The War" and stated that he would pursue the Margarito rematch.

Can't wait. This time I think Cotto will box more and actually use his body attack. Cotto by UD.

What!!! This Is Bull****, How One ****sucker Is Running The Welterweight Division. No Paul Williams Rematch But A Cotto Rematch. I Smell A Fix, I See A Rubber Match In December Of '09. It's A Damn Shame. All My Man Paul Williams Can Do Is Got Get Berto, And Clottey. Unify The Belts, Do It The Right Way, Not The ***** Way. One Day Tony Will Man Up.

I am getting alot of hate for what I said but every ting I said was true.

Even Manny said that the ear muffs and lowering his head was something that caused Cotto to lose. His chin was not all that good. Margs hurt him a few times sin that fight. Cotto couldnt take it to the body. He wouldnt go for the body because it would leave him open and he couldnt take punishment for a full 12.

There are no lies in what I said.

Was Zab not washed up and old? Was Shane as good as he always was? Or was he a good name towards the end of his career?

His six fights after Torres were

Branco - 41 wins 21 by KO. 10 of those 21 were in the first 12 fights of his career against nobodies.

Malignaggi - 25 wins 5 KO has had only 1 KD in 5 years

Quintana - 25 wins 19 KO's. Most at the beginning of his career. The last 2 KO were to guys that had 23 - 18 and 19 - 13. That is 36 - 31. He has no real punching power.

                  Urkal - 38 wins - 12 KO's. No real punching power.

Then he fought Zab after he lost to Baldomir and Floyd.

Then Shane. Shane was a shell of himself. He had KO'd Vargas who lost to Mayorga. Hasnt won a meaningful fight since Oscar in 03. He beat Collazo, but Collazo lost to Ricky. He had two losses to Winky, beat journeyman Estrada, beat a Vargs with fused discs in his back, and Collazo. Thats not a great stretch of three or four years.

Did Margarito suddenly become a feather duster in the past couple weeks? Or are you complaining that not every single fighter he faces is a knockout artist? He simply fights top welters (Gomez being the notable exception), as he should, because thats how you prove your worth in the division.

I would say that marg has fought some feather dusters, that is for sure.....
