The Olympics, everyone has a different style in the amateurs. Kelly Pavlik was a jab and move artist in the amateurs, now he's a puncher. Those are two different sports, amateur and pro. Almost as different as amateur and pro boxing.

As a professional, Cotto has never had to jab and move, that's not his game. His game is to fight, move a little to rest and get back to fighting. He'll set some things up with the jab but he's a fighter. He systematically breaks you down, he doesn't try to outpoint you like Spinks.

like i said on the other margarito/cotto thread this is a bad decision by cotto if he does go through with wanting a rematch. Margarito is a bad matchup for Cotto and with margarito knowing that cotto cant hurt him well he will be even more aggressive against him chasing him down landing devestating body shots! Cotto will have to run around and that wont win with the judges

What Wil has to do is STAY BZ and STAY RELEVANT.

The big fights will come naturally if you continue to build momentum.

WIl should be fighting before the end of the year and 3 times next year.

This is not flying with the public. People want to see Margs-Williams sooner rather than later. Arum cutting him out of the picture means Williams has to go another route. Great news, to hear that Miguel Cotto is finally going after Margarito again in June, I'll definetely go to his fight here in Puerto Rico and like I have said countless times before Cotto will be back better, faster and stronger than before, he'll beat his opponent easily and Margarito he'll better his stamina, footwork so he can outbox Margarito all 12 rounds I wouldn't be surprised if Cotto turns out outboxing Margarito like Ivan Calderon did in Ivan Calderon vs. Hugo Cazares I.
