Ok, we all know khans got a dodgy chin, but does anyone think there is a fighter that could have took them shots and carried on, they were big shots, it was more the jab that surprised me tho, khans legs wobbled just off a snappy jab, i would like to know the science of it tho , is it just down to a fighters chin , or the way a fighters brain rocks inside the head, maybe the iron chinned fighters have a bigger brain inside a smaller skull, giving it less room to rock, and maybe khan has got a peanut sized brain in a big skull , making it ricochet like a pinball ! lol, anyway i wanted khan to get beat cos he was getting far too big headed and arrogant, i really didnt like the kid, i think he has got the potential (offensively anyway) to be a champ, but with a chin/head like that i doubt it, if he did come back and make something of his career, i would respect the guy for having the heart to come back after a KO like that, even if i dont like the kid.

I'm not sure, those shots that land to the temple are pretty hurtful but I think another fighter could have taken a jab from Prescott without doing a dance.
Some people just take better shots than others, sometimes having trouble making weight could affect a fighters' chin, taking a shot is also part mental so if a fighter is not strong mentally it could affect his punch resistance, I'm not sure if there's an exact science about it though. -
The KO-shots was pretty heavy IMO and Khan did well to even get up from the first KD.
I guess it could happen to anybody. It's rather Khan's tactics in fighting a tall puncher that really should be in question.Comment

Was telling all the non boxing friends of mine at a party on sat (when asked how the fight will go) that this chap is undefeated with a high KO rate. so it means that Warren KNOWS this bloke is **** and has had most of the fights against bums in his own back garden. OR he has made a mistake and khan is getting knocked the **** out the first time he detonates on his chin.
I think i was right and wrong tho.
I think khan made the mistake and with his low hands he took a flush power shot and it was over. any other fighter wouldnt have been allowed to continue.
I also think that the flush shots would have taken 99% of lightweights out.
Khan does have a **** chin. but atleast he got up!Comment

Those shots were big shots that would have KO most lightweights, That had nothing to do with Amir khan's chin he was hit with power-punches...It was the left jab that wobbled him within 20 seconds that worries me not the shots that landed.Comment

Khan got leveled by decent punches but I don't think they would have stopped anyone. Maybe buckled them a touch but not starched them.Comment

how much do you think he has been hit in sparring? i just worry he has been been overprotected in training more so even than in his first 18 fights. hows a fighter meant to take big shot when he hasnt even taken decent ones in training. i could well be wrong tho on that front as i havent seen much of his training apart from the for show stuff.Comment
