Very true, obviously Tito is in a higher weight class. So your post doesnt make sense.

Trinidad, he didn't spend most of his career fighting bums.

I'm getting tired of the old 'Chavez fought bums' argument, sure he did (and who didn't) but he also fought many very good fighters on top of that.
Obviously his record is overblown by many, but the record is not the only reason why he is a great.

Anyway, here are some highlights of the two fighters' careers.

            JC Chavez' top 15 wins:

Felix Trinidad's top 10 greatest wins:

Chavez was a great fighter, and so was Tito, but if u look at the caliber of fighters that both greats have faced and beaten, the edge undoubtly goes to Tito.

Chavez I think, 30+ title fights spanning 4 weight divisions, was unbeaten in over 90 fights before actually losing for the first time and he didn't quit the sport when he lost.

And Chavez fought quite a lot of top contenders and past title holders, of course there'll be tomato cans when you're fighting once every month or 2.

I respect your opinion. Poll will speak for itself.

I guess I'll have to throw out this tidbit.

Chavez had a cast iron chin. Tito had one made of play dough. Chavez almost never had to use low blows after getting stunned and dropped, (Frankie Randall), Tito did, numerous times.
