    greater fighter, trinidad or chavez?

    and tell me why.
    both where very similar in alot of ways.
    both where revered as national heroes in there homelands,
    both where strong willed punchers,
    both have been in memorable fights,
    and both where outboxed by better boxers.

    for the record, i never liked chavez, he gets way to much credit;
    and chava was way better than him.

        Chavez didn't quit the sport after losing every time. For whatever reason, Tito takes losses extremely hard to the point that he no longer wanted to be involved in the sport.

          I'll go for Chavez, I lost my respect to Tito when he had some bad moves against Vargas, the two low blows especially after he was knocked down, it was too obvious for me.

              Looking at both thier resume's, i have to give it to Tito. Chavez padded his record early on with many no named mexican cab drivers.

                How the **** can anybody in their right mind even pick Tito?

                Oops, I forgot how the "hype train" is always rolling when it comes to Tito's greatness.
