Roach is not perfect, but I think he is possibly the best trainer in boxing right now.
I actually dislike the fact that Calzaghe doesn't go in with a gameplan. Obviously being versatile is great, but IMO you should study your opponent, and perhaps you'll spot something very important that could be the difference between success and failure.
Tunney makes a good point about Rees. The guy was 5'3 and seemed to be a very weak puncher, and Enzo got him to win a world title. However I have wonder why Enzo didn't get him to lose a bit of weight so that he could fight in a division where he wasn't giving away 5inches in height against everyone he faced.
I think Enzo is good, but not great.Comment

Calzaghe not studying his oponents is quite idiotic IMO
i watch fighters careers myself and after watching so many fights of a particular fighter you pick up on so many things you can use and devise a game plan around because every fighter has habbits and a weakness

Wlad is tech sound.......but at the same time he doesn't have the mentallity of the HW champs from the past....Wlad needs a rival.....why not try David Haye on for size......he might fit!Comment
