Out of curiosity......if you were to begin a serious boxing career and had to choose between Enzo Calzaghe and Freddie Roach as your trainer, who would it be? and explain why you chose one over the other......

    Freddie Roach...no question.

Coached many successful champions and my favorite boxer James Toney. Enzo doesn't have the same credentials.

Definitely Freddie Roach, he's more proven than Calzaghe IMO and he learned from the legendary Eddie Futch.

              Roach without a doubt

i dont think Enzo is a great trainer TBH i just think he gets his lads in great condition etc when have you ever heard him give Calzaghe any real intrustions in the corner ? Calzaghe adapts by himself its not what he hears in the corner from his father

                  Enzo Calzaghe.

He trained two fighters without a lot of talent, Maccarinelli and Rees, and they won world titles!
