Hey, my man, well...my last fight was in 2001...if you do not count an exhibition I did in Montreal in 2002...I was trying to get fights all the way until late 2003....nine in a row fell out on me believe it or not...in the meantime I had started training Lawrence Clay-Bey and once the ninth one fell through I decided to focus full time on training boxers. I still spar as often as possible -318 rounds so far this year- and I am more than contnent with that.

wow bro i never thought that someone like u would be here in the forums. atleast there's a decent poster here who truly knows boxing and has boxed in his life. hey man props to you. if ever i have questions about boxing i know who i can talk to.

by the way i have been out of shaped for a while and i am back in the gym for 3 months now. but still cant get some fats out. do u think that by taking boxing workouts will help me better with my stamina, cardio and fat burning?

My claim to fame in boxing is that Mauricio Pastrana bloodied my face up.

The boxing workout withh help with ALL OF THAT, Yes..... and Honeyboy Blades.... I was supposed to fight him one time in upstate NY but the fight fell out..at least that's what I was told back then...2003...because I met Blades last year in Florida at Warrior's boxing and he said he didnt even know we were supposed to fight until he read it on the internet. I think the promoter kind of hustled me (tried to) on that one
