i aggre with ref's interfeing ina fight....like they won't ring the bell if the fighters don't touch gloves......or if they trash taalk during a clinch....sometimes doing that stuff motivates the fighter to push on....they don't wanna touch gloves with the enmey

but i understand it good sportsmenship but leave that after the fight is over.....

I'm from Connecticut but I can tell a boxer from San Diego about the former boxer at my gym who still carries a mouth piece in his glove compartment just in case someone ever wants to use him for sparring and he'll immediately know his counterpart from out West.

Yes, I always thought it was kind of pointless...like when Mayorga is about to fight a Vargas...making them touch gloves is going to really be an indication of their sense of sportsmanship and sense of fairplay, etc? Just let them fight...and if they want to touch gloves afterwards then they will
