I'd be willing to bet money that this is pure PR rap, and shows how simple and "slow on his feet" Manny really is.

He has, in the past, repeatedly stated that his idol was Gabriel Elorde known as "Flash".

Now he was someone for a boxer to look up to. I remember seeing his epic fights with Carlos Ortiz, and other fights too of course, but the two against Ortiz showed his bravery beyond any others. Outgunned, outskilled and outweighed, he stayed in there until almost the very last moment, giving 200% of himself each time.

I see I didn't add a "c" at the beginning of the word "rap". My error, and please add it......

What is that you think people don't know? It's a money fight, and a fascinating fight period.

Eddie Gargle, you never know what a man thinks, so stop using past quotes as some sort of evidence that he may be lying or hyping a fight. I suppose PAc knew early in his career he'd be fighting Dlh. If he admires Dlh, why not believe him?

Maybe my English is out of date-these articles are not edited for inconsistencies.

Manny DID NOT make his debut in the 122lb class, against Ledwaba. He'd previously defended his 122lb WBC International Title about 5-6 times, and....if he means"making his debut as a World Champion" then the editor should be told that before Manny became WBC International Champ, he was already the WBC World Flyweight Champ. (courtesy of Boxrec)

Soooo...... I suspect that what Manny was talking about was his debut in the United States, or Las Vegas, or both.

Maybe the flood of inaccurate information has slowed down my brain to a crawl.

Ah BOOFIE my lad, so you've surfaced again, still displaying that massive matched pair of backsides, which remind me of a couple of submarines in collision- nuclear of course.

Why believe the crap, when we know that this is his PR guy earning his daily bread, by spreading horsedung to make things grow- in this case, the interest in, and the gate of, this inconceivable fight.

I believe Manny could be simple enough to allow it to be published, but not you....OH NO....not you.

If as you say, "you never know what a man thinks" then why am I so certain about what YOU think......judging by that matched set of 3 ton torpedos you display in your picture, all the time.....................

When young, we had a pony and trap, and what I recall most about it was sitting in the erratic trap(cart) and watching the hard working rear end of the pony........Judging by your taste in pictures, you'd have LOVED it...........I don't understand your obsession for roasted rumps.........indeed any kind.

i thought i was going to get flamed to hell for that. its not too late.. but i think people should be appreciative instead of complaining about everything. these guys put their lives on the line and risk permanent damage and all you can think to do is call them names for not walking head first into a meat grinder
