It was an achievement but Hopkins beat Tito by outboxing his ass. Hopkins is not a great classic boxer but embarrassed Tito that day. What did he do after that fight??? He KO Joppy showing that him making 160 was no problem but than becomes a problem after he fights Hopkins EXCUSES
