i dont see how Chavez was not at his best

Randall was just to good for him in the first fight he outpunched him and outboxed him

He did beat Chavez to the point of Chavez not wanting to continue against him, although I had Whitaker winning against Chavez by a wider margin than I had Randall winning in both fights.

And Randall was pissed after the fight, deservedly so.

yeah mathematically Whitaker won more rounds but i think Randall showed that Chavez did not have the ability to beat him at Boxing or fighting inside or outside where as i thought Whitaker beat him because he was slippery and Chavez could not pin him down

IMO Whitaker Boxed his way to a clear decision but i feel Randall beat him thoroughly and a gave him more of chance to win than Whitaker did because of the difference in styles between Whitaker and Randall

I understand what you're saying and you're probably right, Randall probably beat Chavez more thoroughly than Whitaker did.

you know i thought Chavez lost to David Kamau aswell TBH i cant understand how he won that fight there did not seem to be much of an uproar about that fight though

i cant remember Chavez doing anything effective in that fight except score a knockdown which was scored but was not really a knockdown IMO

I thought the Kamau fight was close, Chavez started way too slowly.

i watched Chavez v Randall 3 not long ago

was a pretty decent paced fight for two old guys no where near as good as their first meeting though

Yeah, that fight surprised me. They put on a good fight for two guys way past their best.
