Should CHavez Call Randall "Daddy?"

It seems like Randall owned him in the first 2 fights even though CHavez was headbutting him the whole fight.

Was Chavez a bit overrated being that Meldrick beat him as did Sweat Pea and were both robbed?

I remember watching those fights back in the day, Randall beat him good in the first the second was stopped half way cant remember why at the mo(think it was a cut) but it went to the score cards early and somehow they had Chavez up at that point and he got the decision.

It seemed like they found a way to give him his title back the whole thing was very corrupt, Randall was winning and clearly had his number.

I couldnt believe what i was watching at the time.

Randall boxed a great great fight against Chavez i thought the second fight was bull**** and i feel Randall would have won that aswell if it had not been stopped

Randall v Chavez is one of the most underrated fights in history imo i thought it was a terrific fight

As Manny Steward said, Randall just had a way of throwing that right hand that would get through the guard of Chavez, Chavez blocks right hands like he would a jab by parrying it down, Randall found a way around that and was able to get to Chavez.

I thought Randall won their second fight even with the point deduction from the cut caused by an accidental headbutt.

Randall definetly would of won the second fight aswell IMO had it gone on Chavez had started to fade and Randall was starting to take over at the point of the stoppage if i remember rightly

Yeah, I think Chavez knew that because if I remember correctly, the doctor let him continue until he said the cut was affecting him too much.

Chavez was not at his best when he fought Randall, but Randall was an underrated boxer. Like Chavez, he also fought for way too long, losing almost all of his last fights.
