True. Pacquiao became P4P number 1 because he was number two and the former number 1 retired. That makes him P4P number 1 now.

He was picked by Dlh's magazine and its editor Collins or who ever votes for that crap as the best pfp after Floyd retired. Everyone knows Cal should be ranked ahead of PAc based on his undefeated record alone. There is no difference in their comp. Pac fought the name, Cal fought the prime fights. Cal isn't a powder puff champion. He has fought great comp in their prime where as PAc fought guys almost on their way out, and money fights. PAc is a fine fighter, but he is just wasting away under Arum.

what a piece of trash article, he fails to recognize that Pacquiao also got better from the first Morales rematch, the fact that he's won 2 out of the 3 bouts, he also calls good fighters "average". Pretty much trying his best to degrade what Pacquiao has done. The point is, Pacquiao fought the best in the division, and the division was stacked.

Honestly guys. Im so sick of this Barrera/Morales was shot excuse. i challenge anyone to name 1 fighter in the featherweight/superfeather divisions at the time able to beat Marquez/Barrera/Morales convingly not named Pacquiao?? In that whole time frame Rocky Juarez was the only other serious contender and was blown out by both Barrera and Marquez

Morales was past it by the second fight and completely shot by the 3rd. Barrera was also past it in the 2nd fight, but not shot.
