Oscar De La Hoya was recently asked point-blank on why he decided to go with WBC lightweight champion Manny Pacquiao, instead of WBA welterweight champ Antonio Margarito - as the opponent on December 6 at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas. [details]

I've always liked Oscar, but he sounds like a worm. Just man up and tell the truth. Margarito is to big a risk for to little a reward.

Oscar never fought for Mexico or any Mexican in his life. He only fights for himself and he is more a businessman now than a fighter. He picked Pac over Margarito because he thinks that Pac is less dangerous for being smaller. Also Pac is more exciting to watch guaranteeing a huge PPV revenue.
