What does it say about the state of the HW dame if a CW, who fought one tomato can in the division, suddenly becomes #5 ranked fighter?

    • Still don't see how a guy out this long gets an immediate shot a title. Oh well he's going to get brutally knocked out.

It's not out of the realm of possibilities, but you have got to remember that this guy has basically been a professional level athlete (if not in actuality) since his early to mid teens. He may have stayed out that long just to make sure he is ready to come back. I can't imagine that he hasn't sparred thousands of rounds during those four years, or that he hasn't spent every minute possible getting into the shape he needs to be in to get ready for a comeback. I'd be more concerned about a 16 month layoff than I am about 48 months. I'm not putting any cash on this fight so in that respect, it won't matter much to me who wins or loses, but if I were forced to make a call (win/lose) to save my life, I'd pick Klitchko without much worry over it.

We have to keep to facts if we want others to give us credibility.
Yeah & Maskaev is the one that did that not Sanders.

I wouldn't let it sweat you any. Besides, you weren't referring to me anyway, were you? I'm quite sure you can read well enough to know that I never said Rahman was KO'd by Sanders, or even remotely suggested it.

              • If Vitali had fought at least once in the last year. I would say Vitali wins by TKO. However Vitali is seriously rusty and his body has broken down on him the last few years so as much as I want to choose Vitali. I can see Vitali losing by TKO due to injury or loss of stamina.

I'm just sayin that that was what he said, and SO IT WAS. I agree that Maskaev knocked maskaev out of the ring and the fight. But, I believe that Corrie Sanders knocked Rahman down in rd 2 or 3 and was beating him when he ran out of steam.

So there was just a slight confusion there which didn't change the main fact,-that Sanders was beating rahman, knocked him down but ran out of stream and was then stopped.

Sorry, Maskaev knocked RAHMAN out of the ring and the fight.

Perhaps it's just your "guilty conscience". I don't know you" from Adam" and certainly have not "trolled" after you. If I had, I'd definitely catch you, let there be no mistake about THAT.

BUT........I just write what I consider an apt response to someone's letter. it could be you, or anybody. If you feel "picked on" maybe you need "self-confidence" classes........???????? I'm NOT picking on you anyway, believe me. It's the subject which interests me not the person.
