Fritz Sdunek knew nothing about real professional boxing, he is just a talker nothing else. And because of this Vitali will train false and loose to Samuel Peter.
Wladimir ALWAYS had the stamina for 12 rounds. You are allowing his 3 losses, ALL of which are easily explainable, and NONE attributable to lack of stamina....well maybe the first one against Purrity, but this was his 25th fight in 24 months, he was only 21 years old, and weighed a very light 225. Still he beat Purrity all over the ring with a couple of 10-8 rounds even. If it had been a 10 rounder he'd have won all 10 rounds.

As for Vitaly Klitschko you're wrong, I'm sorry to say. The 2 very slight under-the-eye cuts were exactly nothing, almost like paper cuts, not even slightly swollen, just bled a bit. The major one, on his EYEBROW, was not hindering his vision even slightly, and had been under control within a round. He got it in the 3rd. and he won the next 3 rds, although the judges only gave him 2 of them. The dr stopped the fight, and gave several different reasons, when he realised that he's made a mistake.

Although maybe he didn't make a "mistake", maybe he had a big bet on the outcome.

There's no doubt -in my mind anyway- that Lewis might not have finished the next round. He was done, had given his best, and had lost at least the previous 2 rds.and was worn out. Klitschko, on the other hand, was "rarin' to go", and was broken-hearted that it had been stopped. It was no hasty decision that caused Lewis to retire, after showing his spite against Klitscko by nasty, denigrating comments every opportunity he got, and stringing out the retirement for almost a year. He's NO gentleman, for sure.

Oh yes, I forgot, he reneged on his promise to rematch Klitschko and in fact the date was set, I believe it was around Dec.10th. When Lewis wouldn't fight, pretending that Klitscko's eye (although it was his eyebrow not the eye) wouldn't hold up, Klitschko fought Kirk Johnson instead, and half killed him in a round and a half.

Johnson had been Lewis's original opponent, but had torn a chest muscle and Klitschko stepped in on very short notice. I'm not even sure if Johnson has fought since.

    Lewis certainly hasn't..................

Vitali isn't the offensive machine that Wlad is at any point in his career & the time off & the injuries I think are going to play a big role in this fight.
Look, my dear fellow, consider the following. Jameel McCline who is not regarded as any sort of strong puncher, KD'd Peter 3 times, and the ref might have stopped it if it had been anyone else. If McCline didn't suffer from either asthma, or a habitual reluctance to finish a hurt opponent, he could have put Peter flat out for the count.

Can you imagine that if Klitschko was punching his full power, (and we know from Manny Steward that he's been instructed NOT TO) and had KD'd Peter 3 times, that Peter wouldn't have ended the night in a hospital... Be real, and consider the above.

So the 6 months untill vitali fought kirk johnson, he was waiting on lennox lewis to follow through with his promise of a rematch? He must have been very frustrated by the way he came out so aggressive against kirk johnson, he was trying to take kirks head off. was this a result of lewis not giving vitali a rematch?

Every word I wrote was amply corroborated by Manny Steward, almost in the very same terms. The punch that nearly KD Peter was nothing out of the ordinary, and the big palooka was KD 3 times by light hitting Jameel McCline, in the very early rounds, not when "he was tired".

For you to think that "Vitaly isn't the offensive machine....etc" I have to say you really don't know what you are saying. V Klirschko is one of the most accurate punchers I've ever seen, and is a thoroughly devastating finisher. He's like a hunting tiger in the ring, and at the slightest sign of weakness in the opponent, he jumps right down his throat.
Wladimir, by comparison is rather tame, and, although earlier in his career would be just as ferocious, since being trained by Steward, now "waits and sees".

The now have two completely different boxing styles, and I'm surprised that it isn't immediately obvious to you.
McCline is 6'7 270 lbs & most TRUE boxing fans KNOW that one punch in the heavyweight division can change a fight. Had McCline fought like that consistently through his career he might've been a world champ. Oliver McCall is 230lbs but can hit like a truck. Mike Tyson in his prime was 212-215 & had devastating power. Rocky Marciano was less than 200 lbs & probably hit harder than most heavyweights today along with Smokin Joe Frazier. So before you go spouting your informed opinion like you were in Manny Stewart's pocket listening to his conversations about Wlad you need to do some research or learn more bout boxing, not specific fighters. Vitali hunting like a tiger? Give me a break! He could've finished off Danny Williams & Corrie Sanders well before they were stopped but it seems he's a cautious fighter. You make him out to be George Foreman in his prime which he NEVER was or will be.
