Hahaha at least Hopkins can beat the "blown up welterweights" that he faces. Tarver just loses every round and gets knocked down to boot. Hopkins jumped TWO divisions to outclass that chump. Show me his dirty tactics against Tarver! I got news for ya buddy, he didn't need any. He just picked off his punches and avoided them slow wide hooks, and beat him on the inside when he wasn't landing straight rights from the outside.
