If Paul Williams fights de la Hoya, he'll probably win and become a bigger name. This will enable him to get a big money fight with a top opponent, such as Kelly Pavlik. Win or lose, I'd imagine it would then be hard for him to ever make 147 again.

If this happens, Margarito's chances of a rematch will be pretty small(if he wants one that is).
