Mexico has plenty of hype jobs themselves. Sotto is so overrated he kmocked out a 40yr old in a title match and still couldnt get the belt. For ****sake isnt Julio cesar chavez jr already like 35-0 beating bums and still prefers fighting in the comfort of mexico than challenging for a title??Comment

Why should they get a title shot ahead of Concepcion when neither is ranked in the top 15 of the governing body (WBO) which lists Luevano as champion?Comment

Who would be out of line in this scenario, the sanctioning organization who upholds their regulations and standards by not allowing unrated fighters to fight for their titles, or the forum poster who wants fighters from his country to be held exempt from the sanctioning regulations that have been in place since it's inception?
There are rules and they are there for a reason, would you agree or disagree?
Joan Guzman's first fight at 135 pounds and he's the mandatory challenger for Nate Campbell. They aren't just showing favoritism towards Filipinos, there are regulations and the WBO is following them in these situations at least.
For a copy of the WBO's regulations, the link is below.
