I dont' usually agree with you but you are right here. jones is shot, I don't get the logic here. I'd LOVE to be wrong, but everything here points to him being done.

i'll give him credit for beating two waaay past their prime fighters that are still decent opponents. If he would of beat pavlik that would have been more impressive but calzaghe ducked and ran. Roy jones will beat calzaghe though.

It'll be a name under his belt and he'll get credit for it, but maybe not as much credit if he were to beat Pavlik

Here's the thing, Pavlik is the young hungry fighter of his day. Calzaghe is approaching 37 and has had a very long career.

If he fought and beat Pavlik there would be still haters, then he would be called out to fight the next guy and it never ends.

Jones and Calzaghe are of the same era and although they should have fought perhaps 5 years ago it didn't happen so....neither of them are in their prime. Jones has a suspect chin and Calzaghe has hand problems netherless it will still be an extremely interesting fight and the winner should get credit.
