Calzaghe's chin isnt all that its made out to be. its good, theres no doubt about that. but he almost got knocked out cold by Kabary Salem and the shot that dropped him when he fought Mitchell wasnt all that amazing.

I think a lot of people expect to see Jones tired by the end of the fight because of Calzaghe's workrate+the fact that Roy is almost 40.

While I believe that Calzaghe beat Hopkins clearly, to say someone is KO proof is ridiculous. Roy Jones was once thought to be KO proof, look what happened to him.

I don't agree that Salem really hurt Calzaghe, let alone got close to KOing him, though he hit hard enough to make Calzaghe quit brawling and box him. The only time Calzaghe has been close to getting KOd was against Mitchell, a noted puncher who caught him perfectly. That time, Calzaghe was hurt and on his way up from the count was definitely wobbing. Still, he was fine by the end of the count and we all know what he did next.

I'm a believer in using common sense. Roy Jones was once the best fighter in the world. He hasn't had a significant win in five years and has been thought washed up since he turned 35. Joe Calzaghe, on the other hand, has had some of his biggest wins in those five years.

So regardless how old they are, they are not at the same stage in their careers. Get it?
