Leonard. His hand speed was unmatched.

Only two people that I can think of that come close are Camacho Sr. and Meldrick Taylor. Roy Jones' hand speed was nasty as well...

Leonard easily, not even close. Robinson was no physical Marvel when it came to speed, he had good speed no doubt..but nothing like Leonard,

Leonard may have been a little faster, Robinson may have been more powerful.

Leonard was at his fastest as an amateur, as a pro he would often go for more punching power although he did have the speed, just watch his flurries against Duran and others.

Robinson could put together speed and power like no one else. Keep in mind that most of the films we have of him are when Robinson was in his 30's, Leonard had slowened up notably at that point and most probably Robinson had also.

what the hell..Leonard was never considered a hard puncher but those shots were mean as hell, he put him down quicker than the ufc heavyweight did.

Well Leonard was more active and SRR would always change speed...moving at a slow pace then fast pace. I'd say SRR he'd just explode on fighters.
