So the hype that he had died with his undefeated title!...

But me as a true fan of Cotto believes that he can bounce back from the devastating KO loss he suffered..

I mean he doesn't seem shook to come back..so he must not have been that damaged emotionally..on top of that he's even willing to go in with the BIG puncher Cintron in his Come back in Nov. if Arum agrees...

He still has a few yrs in him and I believe he will avenge his only loss and come and stick to an effective game plan to take Margarito out.
I give props to Cotto, I just don't totally agree with you on how he can come back and beat Marg. I think that coming into the fight Cotto had a plan and that maybe the reason he did'nt stick with it was because it was not working. Cotto even stated that they had a plan B but that also did not work. Now I am not saying that he cannot beat Marg all I am saying is that I don't see what would change since it was Marg's style that gave Cotto trouble. In your opinion what would Cotto have to do to win? What effective game plan in your opinion would work for Cotto?

He will be back, i was just tripping out when he woulnt talk after the fight, however he must have felt horrible having his first lost. Hopefully a rematch in the future would determine his level in the welther division

Like I have said before, Miguel Cotto will be back, this will be a growing experience for him, he will fix his flaws and come better, faster and stronger. He seems eager to be at the top again and I believe he will reach it since he wants to fight Kermit Cinton to be considered in the mix of top welterweights again. He also expressed interest in a Margarito Rematch with his quote of:

"We lost 'The Battle'; but not 'The War'"
        - Miguel Cotto

and he will beat Margarito the next time around.

Bull****. Cotto is still highly talked about and his fans haven't gone anywhere.

im not sure what tactics he would have to use to win, but in my opinion he should rule a knockout out and go for the points descision, he would have to be EXTREMELY lucky to stop Marg unless it was an absolute peach of a body shot.

He said he had a Plan A B and C..lmao!..

but I think if he works on creating more angles to work the body more to slow down the pressure just a tad would do a great amount against an IRON CHIN like Margs.. Cotto has great footwork but needs to learn to keep his gaurd up as he's using his feet (mainly back-pedaling)..with a pressure fighter..and it's a lil obvious that my boy needs to up his stamina and endurance a little and expect to go 12 rds with Margs..I say he wins a mid-close UD 2nd time around..

p.s. He got the best of the exchanges when they did go toe to toe..except I wish he would keep it in the center of the ring..so it can be easier to slip out if needed instead of bein backed to more ropes or even worse the corner..

Many ppl talk about going to the body of Margarito to beat him, however they cant because Margs style just wont let you and If you do try to go for the body he will overwhelm your face with hard shots...

I would have to agree with you on this. I mean I'm a Marg fan but definitely would like to see a rematch. I think the only effective way for Cotto to beat Marg would have to be going the distance. Getting in mixing it up like he was doing and then running, running like a mother ****er and tying up all night as well. I just don't see Cotto being able to stand in there toe-to-toe with Marg all night. Not good for Cotto. It would have to be a very intelligent fight like I said involving alot of running, tying up and ****ing Marg accumulating points till the very end of the fight. IMO!

Cotto will make a good come back after getting whooped by Cintron. He'll learn to duck the tougher fighters and stick with the more sensible fights

This is true, which is why i beleive Cotto, or anyone for that matter would find it extremely hard to stop Margerito, do you agree then that he would need to win by descision or do you think that Cotto simply cant beat him?
