the guy has fought a level of oppostion that is way below the level of khan - khan has been in with some good contenders grahm earl, kristanjsen and gary st clair are all good fighters. precott wont be added onto that list when he loses to khan - what i will say is that precott does have a decent chance of causing an upset due to two things: khans chin (or lack of it rather) and precotts own power being that of an actual lightweight and not a featherweight like alot of khan opponents.

LOL prescott is a BUM, look at him on boxrec, most of his fighters dont even have winning records, the only fighter with one he sc****d a win with.
