    The More Disappointing Fight

In my lifetime these were probably the 2 biggest non heavy fights. Imo 2 very very disappointing fights. People talk about how Oscar is saving boxing. But WHEN THEY TUNE IN HE DON'T GIVE THEM WHAT THEY WANT.The tito fight was horrible and the Floyd fight was okay. Which fight in your eyes was worse?

Trinidad-De La Hoya may have not been a worse fight, but it was more disappointing because you'd expect more from that fight than you did Mayweather-De La Hoya.

The expectations from boxing fanatics was lower for PBF-DLH. Most people knew that Mayweather, being the smaller, quicker, slicker, less powerful man, would box and play it safe.

AGREE 100%.The last 3 rounds of Tito vs Oscar were some of the worst rounds i have ever seen. The floyd fight was descent, the Tito fight was pathetic. We expected a descent fight with Floyd but the mainstream expected Gatti V Ward

Tito - Oscar simply because everyone expeted a ko and both are exciting guys

FLoyd - Oscar we all knew it would be kinda boring and a ud for Floyd

Agree. My expectations were so much higher for the Trinidad fight.

Seems like everybody's right on the money. We knew 'World Awaits' was gonna be dull, but circa 1999 DLH-Tito was supposed to be the ****. That one was disappointing as hell.

The fight itself stunk no matter who got the decision. For me the decision was the best part of the fight.

Oscar ran the last 4 rounds of the fight. Oscar and Tito being around the same size, you wouldn't expect that. We all knew Floyd was gonna outbox DLH being the smaller guy.

Same here man. I think this is what brought up all the talk about Oscar not being a mexican fighter as well (the last 4 rounds)
