hatton was gettting rocked by lazcanos weak ass counter check hook...lazcano was an old sparring partner of pacquiao and used to blaze that dude in sparring.

if you watch the david diaz fight diaz was able to catch many of pacquiaos shots even manny steward called this...and the shot that knocked diaz down was clean as **** and short.
pacman chose to box that night so he really didnt sit down on his punches then during the mid rounds steward said you can see he is starting to throw power shots now.
Pacman was able to stop diaz with those counter right hooks and when you stop a fighter for a moment that means you have a bit of power.

but not at 147 if he fights oscar he will have to box his ass off and i doubt pacman can do that without gassing for 12 rounds....the pacman at 126 who fought barrera was a freak of nature he threw punches non stop without gassing for 11 rounds.

Hatton does have horrible defense the guy leads with his chin! thats how floyd jr figured him out because he kept leaping tot he body with his chin open...poor boxing from hatton its because his trainer didnt teach him fundementals hatton mainly won fights on pure aggressive strength.

David diaz has WAY better defense then hatton people say oh well if he did he wouldnt of got knocked out but watch him in the early rounds of pacquiao fight he was blocking many shots.

cmon now, lets not try to hype up David that much. it was a nice win, but amateurs dont mean anything, and the guy deserved to lose against an old Morales and was getting schooled by Santa Cruz up until he landed a big left uppercut.

Pacquiao has a decent chance against Hatton just because the style matchups. even Hatton fans say hes bad against southpaws. why? cause hes WIDE open for left hand shots, southpaw or conventional. I think he would all agree that Pacquiao's left hand is fairly devastating when it lands flush.
so he has a pretty good chance.
