Definitely not. Worst I ever got was yesterdays "Calzaghe Is The Best Boxer In The World".

He'll never fight Abraham because Arthur isn't a big enough name and I doubt he'll fight Dawson. Calzaghe is really not a natural LHW and I don't think he'd be wise to fight an improving Dawson as he is getting older. I think we'll see Jones then maybe Pavlik, then maybe, maybe Taylor or Tarver, but I wouldn't be surprised whatsoever if he retired after Jones.

Jones was at Light Heavyweight before Calzaghe won his first belt, as was James Toney.

He signed to fight Hopkins and everything was done and dusted only for Hopkins to pull out demanding twice the money, Calzaghe tryed to get the big fights but he never got them. I don't put the blame on anyone really, he was also plagued by hand injuries throughout his career which stopped a few fights from happening.

But really, this isn't a Calzaghe thread just because I started it, this thread is about peace and love for your boxingscene brothers. We don't always have to fight, do we?

Abadger, I like you. I also agree with all the stuff you've typed up.

I'd just like to note that I recommend you loosen up a bit. You sometimes seem to uptight and take **** too serious.

              I'm done.

Agreed, BUT its not only him. There are TOO many people that let there emotions and sensitivity plague them with ****** posts. I admit, when someone gets all emotional I wont hesitate to antagonize them just for being ****** like little babies. Its Like abadger said, this is a site to talk boxing. So lets TALK boxing respectfully!

Abadger, I think you get too serious sometimes especially over Joe and I think you just need to relax and take a break from some of the JOE CALZAGHE HATE threads. I agree with you on a lot of topics as long as Joe Calzaghe is not in it. Once you get on that level, man you are a different person. Hence why I always say the Joe Calzaghe fans get OVERLY emotional about him because you all do. It is easy to see.

I think the best thing to do is what I do. I don't need to EXPLAIN anything about my favorite boxer. If someone doesn't like him, I know what he has done and could care less what others think. Especially if they "try" and bash him.

Anyway, good posts. All I wanted to do was drop a line and say, I don't take this site that serious where my feelings get hurt and even though our favorites are facing each other in NOV doesn't mean we must be enemies does it?
