He needs a time machine really but am hoping there's still a small part of Roy that can still bring out a bit of prime to trouble Calzgahe with.

For sure, thats exactly right, sometime between 2000 and 2003. As a boxing fan I say before Jones went to HW, but as a Zaghe fan I wish his first fight on return from HW had been Calzaghe. Imagine that!

I do really hope Roy still has something left, I want to see a fight. There is grounds for hope, he did improve from Amju to Hanshaw to Trinidad, but all the same I still see a fighter who's pretty static, easy to hit and can't throw too much. On the other hand, if Calzaghe goes into it anything less than determined to waste Jones I'm sure we could easily see a scrappy Joe performance, he's done it against worse oppo than Jones before.

We didn't try hard enough to make the fight happen.
