Are you crazy the ONLY GOOD fighters he faced was KESSLER ( who hasn't boxed ANYONE!) Bhop an old man, and Lacy, and he couldnt knock any of them out! HELL OLD MAN BHOP knocked Calzaghe on his ass in the first round....it may not have hurt him much but he still got laid out! greatest EVER what a joke...he should have fought Roy jones years back as well as a younger BHOP! Hell I hate Floyd Mayweather Jr with a PASSION but Ill admit atleast he is a better boxer than Calzaghe anyday! he knocked Hatton out! hell he can box or fight! Calzaghe should have stayed his ass in Wales and shut his mouth or atleast if your going to come over and fight atleast beat the best that is out there like Pavlik who is begging to fight him!

But Joe Calzaghe is the best boxer in the world. the only reason he's P4P #2 righ now is because Manny Pac has a better resume. If they fought P4P Joe would whomp him.

I've been watching Marvin Hagler this evening and I've decided that Joe is better than him also. Joe would be too fast for Hagler and would fight too close to him. Hagler liked to have his opponents at arms length. He also couldn't have KOd Joe either.

Dont get me wrong he is a great fighter....but NO WAY P4P means....he has beaten and destroyed great fighters of many different weight classes....joe has only had 1 weight class that he earned championship belts in which is Super middleweight!! So that could never qualify him as P4P #1...Pacquiao has done it in 2 different weight classes, ONLY De La Hoya is the only fighter EVER to win a belt in 6 different weight classes! You say Marvin Hagler is worse than Calzaghe but Hagler was only a middleweight anyways....Sugar Ray Leonard would have worked Calzaghe, and hell when Calzaghe won his first title he could have fought Roy Jones at his peak since Jones was the supermiddle weight champ at the time! Comparing Calzaghe to Pacquaio is like comparing Tyson to Chavez jr.! I still think Calzaghe should fight Pavlik....it would be his greatest test and proof to the world if he is worthy! Hell Calzaghe would have the advantage since Pavlik fights at middleweight anyways!
