Calzaghes p4p #2 with a weaker resume than the #1. So it's not radical to suggest he could technically, all round, be a more talented better boxer.
Its OK, the Red K message he sent me said "Calzaghe lost" so he's pretty deep in denial. It would probably be a dangerous shock to his system to try and get him to engage with reality, he really doesn't like it.

lol. I think he has a good chance. It really depends on how many punches Roy throws. If he tries to steal rounds by throwing one or two good punches, he will lose.

You doubt this? Go and watch what he did against Mikkel Kessler and then point me to the recent performance by your boxer that tops it for out and out boxing skill. I don't believe you will be able to.

I don't want to hear about Joe's power, I don't want to hear about Joe's slapping style, I've heard it before, all you have to do is watch any other fight from Joe's career than Bernard Hopkins and you will see both straight punching and perfectly acceptable power. This is a FACT.

I also don't want to hear about Joe's resume. I already know it isn't the best, and that no way can a guy with that resume be P4P #1. I don't give a rat's ass. If I walked into a boxing ring and did what Joe can do I would be the most talented boxer out there, with no resume at all. Save your whining for someone who cares.

            Carry on.

NB: Mayweather fans need not apply, he IS better than Joe, but luckily, right now, he's retired.
Congradulations, You are officially the biggest ****sucker on the planet. I will bet my whole life you would suck it if Calslappy whipped it out for you.

Calzaghe does slap his punches sometimes, but not because he can't punch straight. He chooses to do it when possible to protect his hands and to increase the speed of his combinations. Its is a decision, not a mistake.

As I point out in my original post, you can watch any Calzaghe fight from his whole career except Hopkins and see him punching both straight and reasonably hard. Kesler is a great example. It was hard to throw any straight punches against Hopkins because for the most part the two fighters were either too far apart to land anything or too close together to throw with any extension.

joe starts off trying to throw real punches then gets frustrated he can't hit anyone and has a hissy fit. out comes the windmill impersonation.
