People seem to think the Cotto vs. Margarito contest was some sort of one-sided, one punch did the trick, sandblasting KO. Cotto took more punches than anyone in the division could have stood up to, and he was never KO'd. His corner threw in the towel.

cotto just lost......he can call oscar out all he wants, but if oscar doesn't want margarito, and he WON that fight, he's not going to face cotto. oscar wants a money fight, and the only way he gets that, is if he faces someone who's WON their last couple fights. the plan was to fight cotto had he won.........

regardless, i always thought it should've been oscar-paul williams and the winner fights the winner of marg-cotto.....

I don't see why this isn't a bad idea.. I mean.. He aint getting any younger.. He wants to fight the best out there, and to do that you gotta fight your way up.
