i never said trinidad wasn't a legit opponent. it's bernard's greatest win.
it doesn't change my original statement though.
what duran , leonard and hearns did from 160-175 AFTER they fought hagler made haglers wins more impressive (yes hagler beat ray).
the fact that tito and oscar did not have such success at 160 or above AFTER they fought hopkins had the opposite effect.

LOL
He's got even a few more solid wins on his resume but I won't bother to post.
Hell, Taylor did more than Calzaghe has.

If someone achieves something beforehand, is that all erased and negated by a single defeat?
he's #2 behind tua for me. i love left hook power.
the point is he had one fight at 160 before hopkins. tito might have middleweight power but that still doesn't make him a legit middleweight.

Haters on either side never give these guys credit for **** they accomplish. Hopkins fought whoever was put in front of him, and the bigger names among them weren't naturally as big, sans Tarver. Joe C easily handled Lacy and Kessler, which may make some think they weren't ****, but a ****load of people picked both to beat his ass.
