hearns won belts at 160 , 168 and 175 AFTER his fight with marvin. ditto for ray.

what did tito do at 160 or above after the hopkins fight? what did oscar do at 160 or above?

None, because it doesn't fit their agenda.

If you retire after your first loss, it's hard to do much afterwards.

Trinidad beat Vargas and Joppy, It's enough to make him a legit opponent.

Oscar not so much, Trinidad yes, same with Glen Johnson (know I didn't mention him)

also, Trinidad was 40-0 when he fought Hopkins - that has to account for something, especially British standards.

                  he retired after koing hassine.

i understand that but it still doesn't change the fact that he didn't accomplish anything at 160 or above afterwards.

Even though Pavlik beat Taylor and Miranda, and is a legit title holder.

I just checked boxing rec for Lacy and Kessler, i'm right and you're wrong. Lacy didn't do anything, he's not even close to Pavlik.

Hassine was a farewell fight, it meant nothing to the overall scheme of his career.

If someone achieves something beforehand, is that all erased and negated by a single defeat?
