If he doesn't then the champion will stripped of their title.

He would give Johnson and Tarver very tough fights because of how old they are. Henry is very overrated, i would probably pick Cloud over him. Diacanu i STILL know almost nothing about some how. But i do agree that he would lost quite lopsidedly to Dawson because Dawson is just as young, but better and more experienced

more like, you're highly overrating him.

how is henry very overrated yet cloud is very underrated? you think cloud could take diaconu into deep waters the way henry did? oh, that's right, you're unfamiliar with diaconu.

It would depend on when the mandatory is due.

So it was Dawson's decision to give his belt to Diacnu rather than unify the titles with Tarver? Diaconu was his mandotory so either he would be stripped or he would have had to vacate and he chose to vacate. Tarver's IBF title belt is the only title belt thats on the line when they fight in October. Dawson doesn't have a title becuase Diaconu is the WBC champion now. Why? Because he chose to fight Tarver rather than defend against his mandotory.

I think he'll do good at light-heavyweight because of how old most of the guys are, but right now he would struggle tremendously against equally young and enthusiastic fighters, like Chad Dawson.

Still young though, and tonight was his first class opponent.
this was a good match up for him. 20 fights under his belt. first time having to go more than five rounds. he fought a game guy whose got the sht kicked out of him by blah blah blah, but never been stopped till tonight.
its on the same lines as berto but berto's (how the hell did he get rated so high so fast?;same with khan?) is maybe getting in over his head against a firstclass boxer in forbes.

briggs said 4-5 more fights before cloud should tackle top ten but i can see him after a couple more halfsteps fighting a first rater on the way down.

im too tired to type what happened with the whole dawson-diaconu debacle.

each situation is different, i'll say that much. i will say though, neither dawson or tarver have much to fear with cloud. they both beat him. cloud doesn't deserve a shot at either guy though, imo.

This i agree with, however he could make good fights with any of them IMO becuase he a crowd pleasing style and he posesses the thing that casual fans really like, which is punching power. I agree about him not deserving a shot at this moment. Gonzalez in his last fight lost a decision to an over the hill Reggie Johnson. Johnson was actually a very good fighter back in his day but he was overshadowed by Jones and Toney. He lost a split decision to an in shape and motivated Toney and even becoming one of the few fighters to floor him.

yep, that's what I'm saying. He's like a light heavyweight version of James Kirkland - the guy goes in for the kill early and often and is exciting as hell. If only there were more guys like this around.

And remember, this was his only fight past round 5. This was great experience for him. He did get a bit tired after round 6 or 7, but that was expected. I actually thought he did a good job at pacing his output, unlike what other people have said. There was a huge difference between when he just threw punches and when he loaded up on them and wanted to hurt his opponent and you can tell during certain rounds, he didn't load up on his shots. I thought he fought pretty smart considering the lack of experience.

All in all it was a great performance, great TV debut and experience.

This is someone I think we should all keep an eye on and be excited about - he could possibly bring a whole lot of youth and excitement to a very, very old Light Heavyweight division.

wow kid showed a ton. He is in great shape, what work rate. You heard it hear first I have to light heavies Mack and Kamoko. Kamoko is 6th in the WBC. Both are fighting on a show in Philly. They will both win. Kamoko hopefully will be fighting Henry. By that time Cloud should of disposed Tarver and Dawson! Cloud will not be able to take the pressure of the TOUGH GHANNIAN!!! Here comes KAMOKO

Regarding Mack Hope to get a fight against Uzelkov.
