Looks like Jeff Lacy's replacement basically.

Same explosive type of offensive. Very quick hands for such a heavy handed guy.

Very limited defensively. Not head movement. Gets hit a lot a lot a lot a lot.

I think he'll do good at light-heavyweight because of how old most of the guys are, but right now he would struggle tremendously against equally young and enthusiastic fighters, like Chad Dawson.

Still young though, and tonight was his first class opponent.

He can definitely bring it on offense. Hopefully his people won't be blinded by his #1 rating and get him some more seasoning before going for a world title.

needs to learn to control his punch output and/or improve his stamina. he was out of breath at the begining of the 3rd round. is very wild at times, and has limited defensive skills.

He is the IBF mandotory so if Chad Dawson beats Tarver, then Cloud and Dawson will be next in line to fight becuase Tarver currently holds the IBF as well as the IBO. Thats definitely a fight that i would want to see becuase Cloud can bring the pressure and could turn out to be a real challenge.

I thought he looked pretty good imo. Stamina issues. Not really sure about defense since Gonzalez really never threw anything.

you are heavyily underrating him IMO.

He would give Johnson and Tarver very tough fights because of how old they are. Henry is very overrated, i would probably pick Cloud over him. Diacanu i STILL know almost nothing about some how. But i do agree that he would lost quite lopsidedly to Dawson because Dawson is just as young, but better and more experienced

just because he's a mandatory doesn't mean he gets a fight with either guy.
