Froch is good, but he keeps his hands far too low and though he has decent reflexes, I am not sure if he can get away with it when he steps it up. I would pick Calzaghe, Taylor, Kessler and Pavlik to all punish him.

Hopefully Taylor/Lacy is as really a title eliminator as advertised and the winner will be the next WBC champ's mandatory. That would likely put Taylor and Froch together for their next fight.

In the meantime Froch is fighting Pascal for the WBC belt, which is probably a good test for him instead of jumping straight in with Taylor.

He will fight him after he finishes off Lacy, but you are right. It's a bit tiresome that HBO keeps airing their old fighters instead of trying harder to create some new stars.
