That is true. The press who was there live had the fight very close. I thought it was 7-5, maybe 8-4 at worst. All of this talk of how Williams owned Margarito is full of **** though.

I was there at the Hatton fight and while the latter portion of the fight you saw Mayweather's domination the first part was largely Hatton grab assing.

Chico was textbook and lovely to watch even as a Chico fan
Calling fighters exciting or not is a moot point since it comes down to opinion. You think Floyd isn't exciting, and i think double about Margs not being exciting. I like both fighters.

What the **** are you talking about?? Dan Rafael scored it 9-3 as did Kellerman. Williams won the first 6 and then cleaned him out in the 12th. NOBODY had Margarito winning other then him, then he rewatched the fight and hasn't mentioned Williams since.

No, he didn't own him. He clearly beat him whether it was 7-5 or 8-4. We all know it was more like 8-4. If Williams won the 12, and only won 7-5, there is a problem. The fitht was in Margs back yard anyway. Williams didn't own anyone. Any sane fan watching this fight saw this.

I never said Mayweather wasn't exciting in fact show me where I did say that? Just because I said those fights weren't exciting doesn't make me a hater of Floyd.

I like Floyd, never put him down in spite of my association with Margarito, and recognize his greatness. I truely enjoyed watching his run to 140 but to be honest at 147 he isn't the same fighter.

But at least it would be an exciting fight for however long it lasted, which is something you can't say for any Mayweather fight...

thats your opinion. Isn't that what you told me prior?

and why is this in Tony's backyard? You do know where Williams fought 7 of his last 10 fights in california right? Tony hadnt fought in California since 2002.
