In a perfect world, Tony would get those fights but it aint gonna happen. No way De La Hoya risks getting a serious beating in his last fight and he'll keep using the "Mexican" excuse.
Theres even less chance of Mayweather coming out of retirement to fight him.
So Williams is the biggest fight out there to decide who the best welter is. Tony should fight him and I think he will.
