Joke Calslappy is a feather-fisted journeyman that looks like someone with a little sugar in their blood slapping at cobwebs. He spent his whole career in Europe fighting ordinary journeyman, finally steps up and fights a 43 year old former great (who he is floored in the 1st round by and looks terrible against) and people are trying to argue this guy should be #1 p4p? I don't hate Joe Calzaghe. I respect what he did in his career even tho a couple of years ago i had never heard about him. The first fight i saw from was his win agaisnt kessler, which was impressive considering kessler is a monster.

But like other people said, i just can't stand the way he fights, his punches are more like slaps and his style is more about making his opponents look bad than anything else.


So yeah, i don't hate Joe Calzaghe, but i just can't bring myself to enjoy watching him fight.

And with that statement brings me to this. If Joe calzaghe is so great, you wouldn't need approval from Americans. They would know.

I'll use Ali as an example.
Ali is a great and is respected. We don't need the Brits approval do we?????????? When a fighter is great you don't need to sit there and defend him 24/7-365. You would just know and you can leave it at that.

joe is undefeated, even if it's mostly against "journeymen" there's still a zero in the loss category.

i respect joe, but TBH as a boxer he really hasnt fought anyone that is proven, MAYBE lacy. He fought bernard when he's 43 then he calls out RJJ gtfo of here. he calls himself a legend killer, easy to call himself that when the legend is already dead when he fights em.

it always seems to be like this, people that like joe defend him like he's their damn father and people that hate joe act like he ****** their mom.
