Then he should be arranging a fight with someone like Dimitrenko, Thompson or Valuev, not a shot old fighter like Rahman or Maskaev.

All three without an opponent for that time frame.

Chambers looked impressive at first, but he became overwhelmed by the tougher, hungrier, busier Povetkin....Chambers went into a shell in the later rounds because he was hurt and he didn't have the heart or toughness to trade with Povetkin.

Chambers definitely has the skill, but he dosen't have the will....That's the problem with American fighters...they have gone soft and from living in an easy laid back country and they don't have the hunger or determination anymore.
