David Haye is a triple world champion moving up in weight, he deserves his ranking. Eddie Chambers has beaten Calvin Brock.Last edited by BetterCallSaul; 07-31-2008, 06:26 PM.Comment

How can Chambers move down to cruiserweight when he's probably walking around 230+ pounds? The way he looks he probably would be fit for cruiserweight, but were not in his camp, and he has decided to fight as a heavyweight. As for his fight with Povetkin, the pressure got to him. Chambers was really in a lose lose situation. If he beaten Povetkin he would of had to face against Wlad which he clearly isn't ready for. Chambers should be calling for a rematch with Povetkin. I don't know whats Chambers is thinking calling out Haye. Does he want another loss on his record?Comment

I got Chambers whenever it happens, his counterpunching ability is going to give Haye fits. Philly all the way baby.Comment

All my points on Chambers to win if this fight comes off, and I might even give odds. In fact, I'll be looking to bet real cash with anyone silly enough to bet on Haye in this fight. And anyone that thinks Chambers couldn't easily beat Mormeck and Macaroni should put down the crack pipe.Last edited by Jim Jeffries; 07-31-2008, 08:08 PM.Comment

No offense but both paragraphs here are as wrong as could possibly be.Chambers would have stopped Povetkin if he kept fighting and there was nothing wrong with him. I guess that atmosphere most have got to him becuase he was completely schooling Povetkin before he gave up hope. He was out boxing him from the outside and was landing huge right hands.
As for this fight, Chambers doesn't need to fight Haye becuase he would surely lose. He needs to try to get down to cruiserweight becuase he can be pretty dominate down there. Haye would be too much for him.
Chambers was out of his league with Povetkin. He landed a few punches for two rounds but as soon as AP adjusted he had no chance. Povetkin is too strong, too skilled, and too active.
but Chambers could beat Haye.Comment
