Castillo wasn't as fast as the Mexican Trio, he would get beat up (by the Pacquiao that filled in the division, early on he was sort of small).

you really don't leave any room for Pacquiao to Improve do you? It was obvious Pacquiao came back in a rematch bigger, badder and stronger..and got a tko 10 over Morales.
lol @ the bold and also handspeed is not a skill.

      Are you Mexican?

BTW, Morales only admitted to under training in the 3rd Pacquiao fight, he was in good fighting shape in the second fight.
No, Castillo doesnt go down if you notices, he took a knee at age 34 against Hatton and was stopped on his feet against Corrales (and that was after 10 rounds of trading with one of the hardest hitters of 130-135 of recent memory). So how on earth is Pac going to put him on his ass?

        1) Castillo-Mayweather 1= Mayweather UD 12

        2) Mayweather never starved himself to make weight as the small difference between weighin and weight on fight night shows.

Pacquiao has never been 1 punch knocked down other than when he was 18 against Torecampo, and he looked like a little boy.

Yes Corrales hits hard, but Corrales isn't a good boxer, and he's not to quick. The only reason Marquez gave Manny hell is because he's an expert boxer and his handspeed rivals Mayweathers.

Pacquiao has just as much power at 130 as Mayweather did, he's got 35 ko's so far.
pac has never been put his ass again, because among other things (such as having an excellent chin and usually putting a hurting on his opponents before they do) he never faced an elite fighter who was actually a full fledged 130 fighter. much less a big puncher like chico

and lol @ the bold again...

You dont survive 13yrs as a pro in these lighter divisions let alone become #1p4p just relying on speed and power like a darchinyan or mayorga.
the hype? In which fight can I see how multifaceted pacman was back then?

and the fact that pac is still in shape doesnt erase that he fought shot fighters Morales was coming off losses every single time he fought pacman. Last time I checked prime Morales had a tendency to win his fights.

OMG, you crack me up... "break down castillo"... "the way he did with diaz"

David Diaz = weakest titleholder @135 in a while (needed a gift against a shot Morales (the biggest win on is resume, KOed by Kendall Holt). About zero skills.

Castillo = best lightweight of this decade after Mayweather. Holds victories over Corrales, Casamayor, Johnston and gave Mayweather his toughest fight. One of the best infighters in the game, excellent timing and control of the ring on top of that.

And also I highly doubt Corrales would be the tougher test of the two

Manny is a beast at 130 and 135lbs. He would blow away Chico probably worse because the knockdowns wouldn't be from flash hits and punches he didn't see coming. It would be from sheer power and that would hurt Diego.
let's just say that you have pacman in your screenname. that plus your post speak volumes

Chico wore down castillo in a fight spent in a phonebooth, so "half of his power" is still plenty
