thats fine, but cotto should still be rated over williams based on his previous fights in my opinion. i think a double header should be set up with margarito fighting judah or clottey winner and williams facing cotto to set up a fight with the winners down the road. if will and marg come out winners they should go at it for the undisputed welter crown

I know I am just dreaming but it would be nice if we had a tournament style elimination, kinda like Tito Trinidad had a few years ago with other top WW.

in his fight with margo.... i saw him get hit a lot with body shots.. and he just couldnt take them... base on cotto body work rate... i can see him KO him with a bodyshot... not that im puttin my neck on it.. but i think cotto's body work could do it...

That might be a bad match-up for Cotto given his situation...He needs a confidence builder type of fight before he fights the likes of the Elite at 147. You're trying to rush him into something he might not be ready for (mentally not ready)

i havent seen pwill go to the body that much though., and thats a big reason why marg broke cotto down. that being said i would love to see a cotto williams fight

true... anyway... even that pw is bigger than margo.. i consider margo a lot stronger... and im pretty sure that miguel could work his way to the body .. but as u say...lets wait till the fight... and regarding a tune up fight...

hmmz.. i dont know man... at this stage of his career.. a "tune up" for me to him.. will be someone like i dont know at least clottey....

**** it... hes in the big leagues so forget about that tune up ****... lets go for al lthe marbles... he doesnt have nothing to loose.. but thats my opinion...

Agreed.

Cotto's gotta face his demons now. He never doubted his abilities before Marg. If he faces someone like Nuzhnenko or someone in the top 15 first, it might boost his confidence.

And I don't understand why he doesn't get a better trainer. Going into the ring with a good man in his corner would help him, don't you think?

Not that Cotto's been doing things wrong - his record is outstanding, but it's like Miguel is facing his opponents alone. How much better would he be if he has someone pushing him in the gym, studying his upcoming opponents with him etc?
