i say its margarito because he has been dominating the welterweight division for so many years and he beat the #1 guy cotto. paul williams caught margarito on an off night but he was schooled by quintana who is not that good of a fighter in my eyes. i dont see how anyone can call him the man in the welterweight division.

how can you say Paul Williams caught Margarito on an off night, then use his loss against Quintana against him when he's actually avenged his loss and proved it was an off-night... something which Margarito hasn't done and as far as we know atm, has no intention of doing...
