DID THE FIRST number of ROUNDS EXPOSE MARGARITO MORE THAN THOUGHT?

I was a fan of margarito... I loved and still do love his constant punching...

But after those beggining rounds It was becoming more and more apparent that he is truly a heavy handed brawler... and not "a boxer who chooses to just brawl" like max kellerman and the Gang had been saying for so long.


I did not expect Cotto to land such crisp combos for the start of the fight? and conintue doing so for a good way of it.

I mean even before he was on his way down he landed a 1-2-3 that was spectacular making the party i was at go crazy or him...

But it was already apparent to me that he was still too drainined.


on the other hand margarito did exactly what i thought he would do... throw punches and never stop.

One thing I didnt expect was margarito to be THAT EASY TO HIT.. i knew he was easy for people to hit.. BUT THAT EASY?....

You have to know that a Boxer would eat that "Stamina filled Myorga style" up...

Anyone Else surprised at how easy combos landed on Margarito???

I wasnt suprised a bit.. Clottey was doing the same.. MARGO eats combos and delivers body shots that slow is opponent down..he does this on almost EVERY fight.......

I didnt see the clottey fight but gotta admit i was a bit suprised when
he was tagging Marg with ease

Marg was just to EASY to HIT... just surprised me.. though I bet on him to walk through cotto fairly easy... by the 9th..

wasn't that at all.. he was getting cracked up until the end of cotto's stamina.

Marg was taking a lot of shots to the face cuz he had his elbows tucked in to protect his body, leaving his face open for shots.
