funny how cotto never mentioned a rematch at his press in puerto rico...only his fans want it but i doubt he does,,he admitted he tried to keep off the ropes but just couldn't because of tony,,,admit it people,he lost,,and he knows he can't beat him especially when his punches do nothing to him,,he can box all he want but tony will just catch up to him...i think whats on his mind more than the beating is the way he lost, quitting

get off cottos nuts
I bet all of you who are crying about cotto winning a rematch have his poster on your bedroom lol..... HE LOST.... thats it .... you cant have a game plan for someone you cant hurt ....is he a better boxer than margarito ..yes.... more skills....of course.... but he cant hurt him.....ok now take out the hearts out of your eyes and think about that for a sec .... cotto already had the right game plan you ****** bastards .... he was connecting and landing amazing combos ..... but here it is again .... he ...could not .... hurt .... margarito...seriously just give credit to where credit is due .... base it on the fight not what you look at every night before you go to sleep

Theres No Need For A Rematch, Cotto Will Either Be On His Bike Even More All Night And Lose By Unanimous Decision Or He Will Try To Be More Aggresive And Get Ktfo Early In The Fight. And I Honestly Dont Think He Wants A Rematch, For What So He Can Get On His Knees Again And Ask For Mercy. I Would Love To See Rito Vs Berto Or The Punisher So He Can Prove To The World That The Williams Fight Was A Fluke.

Tell that nonsense to guys like Willie Pep , or in your book he shouldn't have even stepped into the ring. Or perhaps Joe Dundee who held the welterweight title when there was only one title , and nine weight classes from 1927-1929... Or Marty Servo
Benny"Kid" Paret ...Boxing history is full of title fights where a contender or champion stepped into the ring knowing that he couldn't hurt or ko his opponent... THe fights went on though and the better boxer won, not just the bigger puncher

Cotto has alot of strengths but i dont think jabbing and defending for 12 rounds like winky does would work against margarito.
not ****ting on winky in anyway

to the person who said something about a mandatory rematch, wrong,it wasn't in the contract,,but tony said twice he would give it to him if he wants it,,i doubt thought,he already says he wants to go in a different direction,,fight someone else, thats what his reps said
