It depends on Williams like the fight with Cotto depended on Cotto. If Quintana I Williams shows up, TKO Margarito, if Williams prepares well enough another UD for him. We know Margarito is CONSISTENT and Williams is TALENTED. It depends of how Williams prepares...

Who here actually thinks Williams can beat Margarito in a rematch?

They've been calling out everyone, courageous as that might be I don't see anyone on Williams' record except for Margarito that could justify this claim. If Williams is as good as his team claims I'm eager to see it.
As for Williams' length and reach, I didn't see that as being much of a factor in the first fight. Margarito was unable to get inside due to Williams' punch output, after the 6th round Margarito was taking punches to get inside and even managed to hurt him. Imagine if he'd do the same from the get go
I agree with the point you make on his mindset though. After the 6th he started taking 1-2 to land 1. Margarito would have to do the same thing from the jump if he wanted better results in a second fight.

I think Williams wins the rematch. Tony's not going to be able to run through Williams like he did Cotto. Williams has a great chin and it's hard for me to believe that Margarito will knock him out. Especially since he already threw the kitchen sink at Williams in the first go around.
This is Margarito's problem. His game plan is just to tire you out. Williams will just rack up round after round. As Margarito attempts for a KO he will end up losing a decision.

constant movement bothers margarito... he doesnt throw until the opponent usually stops moving

To tell the truth I am not sure. If Marg started out earlier he would have probably won the bout. But Williams is still a tall (no pun intended) order to deal with.
