Margarito would destroy mayweather, Floyds quick powerless punches wouldn't be able to stop margarito coming forward. Cotto hits alot harder then mayweather and margartio walked through everything. The only way I see margarito getting beat is by someone how can hurt him. I don't think there anyone out there that can. I also think he beats paul willimas in a rematch!

Marga would destroy himself cuz he will never find him. The only reason he started to find Cotto was because Cotto stopped moving. I repeat Cotto stopped moving. Cotto doesn't move like May. Floyd probably doesn't hit hard but it was still enough to keep every opponent away. Even a DLH who took shots from MW's. It's also not about power it's about precision. Every fighter is woundable at a certain chin spot. If you think that Floyd stands still and let himself hit by 2 punches in a row you're crazy

Margarito got beat by Williams so that make no sense. A guy wins a good fight and everyone thinks he's all of a sudden unbeatable.

Margarito vs. Mayweather would be a great fight, but it will never happen, because Floyd is too cowardly to face him.
Here we go with this calling men that fight for a living a coward. Just because you don't see the fights you want to see you can call another man a coward? It's so easy to sit behind a keyboard making thousands of post about boxing when you can't do yourself for a living. Your contempt is only overshadowed by you lack of details surrounding the proposed fight. Also, you fail to notice that Although Floyd won the welterweight title and the Jr. Middleweight title. He is neither of those. Floyd walks around between fights at 150-155lbs. He is not a true welterweight by any means. Him winning the welterweight title is no different than Roy Jones winning the heavyweight title. Neither probably never intended to truly campaign at the weights in which they won their respective titles. Fighting Hatton or maybe even Pac is more realistic than fighting a bigger welterweight that walks around at 170 lbs. Floyd was way better equipped at 135 than 147.

That's very true, So let's see if he lives up to his promise
I would want to see a Williams Margo rematch first then the winner fighting PBF
Arum is just a sour old man... don't listen to anything he says

There are still quite a bit of Mayweather bashers (Hi, haterz..lol) out there even though homie is "retired". Dude was / is by far the best pure boxer of this decade and to think he would get steamed rolled by another pressure fighter (even someone w/ Margarito's chin) is bonkerz. First off, there's no way AM would hit Floyd that much to the pt where attrition would be a factor. Against his premiere opponents, I didnt see where AM displayed one punch kayo power. He wore down Cintron & Cotto over time during their respective bouts. He didnt stop Clottey or Williams either. Don't get me wrong, I like AM's heart & aggressive nature...but to fight someone of Floyd's caliber...that "Im willing to take 2 or 3 punches just to get off one" isnt going to work. He'll simply end up getting tagged for 12 rds (and not really hitting Mayweather flush in the process)..besides Floyd's 'pop' is seriously underrated as well as his ability to take a punch (has anyone ever seen the brother seriously hurt??). Im sure many other fighters thought they were going to "walk thru" his "feathery fists" until he gave 'em a lil sumthin to think about. You factor in the hand / foot speed, the defensive prowess, the top notch conditioning, & his ability to make in ring adj's and I dont see that fight being as difficult as Arum or anyone else may think. Big up's to AM for his victory this past weekend though.
